• Kindly submit the COMPLETE manuscript/poster.
• DO NOT mention/reveal the identity while submitting the abstract. However, the same should be mentioned in the email.
• The scientific committee holds the right for qualifying and disqualifying the E-poster.
• ONLY The presenter shall get the certificate.
• The scientific committee shall select the best abstract and shall notify the presenter regarding the same.
• The E-poster should be less than 300 words.
• Recommended Font Size: 28pt or larger.
• E-Posters are to be made in PPT Format (Total of 3 to 7 slides) in 16:9 ratio.
• Videos, animations graphs and images can be embedded into your poster.
• Layout needs to in the landscape orientation

• The Abstract should be less than 350 words.
• The abstract should be submitted in WORD DOCUMENT FORMAT ONLY. No other formats (specially PDF) would be considered for submission.
• The abstract should be under following headings
  – Title of the paper
  – Aim/Background
  – Methodology
  – Results
  – Conclusion
  – Dr Subhash Agashe Best paper award category
  – Free paper presentation

The abstract submission process for both the categories is common and six abstracts will be shortlisted for the Dr Subhash Agashe Best Paper Award Category after evaluation by the scientific committee.

All single case reports will be included in poster category only. All presenters will get a certificate of presentation from POSAC 2025.

POSAC 2025 provides a great opportunity to show case the scientific work done by the members of the Pune Orthopaedic society. The scientific work will be accepted by POSAC scientific committee under the following categories.

• Dr Subhash Agashe Best paper award category
• Free paper presentation

The abstract submission process for both the categories is common and six abstracts will be shortlisted for the Dr Subhash Agashe Best paper award category after evaluation by the scientific committee.

Format for abstract of the paper.
• Use Word format and Times New Roman letters.
• Title in all capitals and text in double spacing with font size 12.
• Should contain less than 400 words.
• The abstract must be structured as follows Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• The abstract should not reveal the names of the authors or the institute where the research was conducted.

General Instructions
• Last date for receipt of abstract is 30th April 2025.
• Not more than 2 papers will be accepted from the same presenter.
• Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the paper to any session it deems fit.
• The delegate must register for POSAC 2025 to be eligible to make the podium presentation.
• The received papers will be acknowledged immediately by the office and if there is any deficiency, the same will be intimated.
• Once the selection process is completed the presenters of all the accepted papers will be intimated into which category the paper is assigned, its format, rules and regulations.
